What counts as a domain?

One apex domain — acme-software.co.uk — including every subdomain Origin discovers under it. You're never charged per subdomain found.

What happens after the trial?

Nothing automatic. We don't take a card up front, so the trial simply pauses until you choose a plan. Your scan history and evidence stay intact.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — billing stops at the end of the period, and you can export everything your tenant owns (findings, history, packs, audit log) before you go.

Is VAT included?

Prices are ex-VAT; UK VAT is added at checkout with a proper invoice for your accountant. Billing is handled by Stripe.

What does "from £249" mean for Partner?

Partner pricing scales with the number of client workspaces. The starting price covers your first clients — talk to us and we'll be specific, in writing.

Do viewer seats cost anything?

No. Read-only seats for assessors, client contacts and reviewers are free on Team and Partner — evidence is for sharing.
